The Ram's Head Inn

The Ram's Head Inn Built in 1929, the Ram's Head Inn is a gracious center hall colonial with seventeen guest rooms, several common areas, and recreational facilities. It's surrounded by long sweeping lawns and glorious gardens.

The Ram's Head Inn All of the Inn's seventeen rooms are located on the second floor overlooking the large shading oaks, dogwoods, and rhododendrons. The dining area, lounge, sunroom, and adjoining terrace on the main floor look out across the lawn down to Coecles Harbor, where our island sun sets.

The Ram's Head Inn A tree swing, Adirondack chairs, and a hammock on the lawn invite guests to relax and enjoy themselves. The Ram's Head Inn also sports a tennis court, private beachfront with a fleet of boats, and a fitness center.

Additional accommodations and amenities are available at the Chequit Inn, the Shelter Island Heights inn also owned by James and Linda Eklund.
