It's best to call our Front Desk to make reservations for accommodations or the restaurant. The lines are open from 8 a.m. to 10 p.m. daily. If you are unable to call, you may email us your request, though please include your phone number in your email! You will find the accommodations at our seaside country inn comfortable, gracious, and bright. Off-peak rates and weekday rates are priced at a discount. Please note that accommodations at the Ram's Head Inn tend to fill up early, especially from April through October. Please reserve your preferred time early.

Check-in time is after 3 p.m., and check-out time is 11 a.m. We will hold your reservation only until 6 p.m., unless notified of a delay.
Comfort, Safety, and Tidiness. All rooms have heat and air conditioning, as appropriate for the season. Each room is equipped with smoke and heat detectors as well as deadbolt locks. Our housekeeping staff tidies up rooms once a day between 9 a.m. and 3 p.m.
Room Service. The Ram's Head Inn offers a wonderful Room Service Menu, a new addition for 1998. Staying Connected. All of the rooms have telephones.

Rates May - October
All rates are based on a two-night weekend stay and include a buffet continental breakfast, use of the tennis court, the stable of boats, the fitness center, and the sauna. There is a two-night minimum stay on weekends year round. Holiday weekends may require additional nights. There will be a $25 charge for an additional person in the room, though there is no charge for a porta-crib. Special rates are available Sunday ~ Thursday. All rates are subject to change.
Complimentary Breakfast. Overnight guests are invited to enjoy a complimentary continental breakfast buffet in the lounge area from 8 a.m. to 10 a.m.
Complimentary Concierge Service. We would be delighted to help you make arrangements to enjoy the many events and attractions on Shelter Island, the Hamptons, and Long Island wine country.
